Kerry grew up in Michigan and discovered his passion for gemstones at the young age of 12 when he began cutting and polishing stones. By high school, he was deeply interested in the art of jewelry making. His first job as an apprentice jeweler in Brighton, Michigan, laid the foundation for his illustrious career.
Kerry's journey to becoming a renowned luxury jewelry designer began with his trips to the Tucson Gem & Mineral Shows, where he fell in love with the vibrant energy and exquisite gems of Arizona. In 1981, he moved to Arizona and established his own jewelry business, quickly gaining a reputation for exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
Over the decades, Kerry has become a master of working with all types of gemstones, but his true passion lies with opals. His obsession with these mesmerizing stones has earned him the title of an "opalholic." He has made 20 trips to Australia to source the finest rough and cut opals, ensuring that each piece he creates is a unique masterpiece.
Kerry's dedication to his craft and his keen eye for detail have cemented his status as a luxury jewelry designer. With 47 years of experience, his creations are sought after by discerning clients who appreciate the blend of artistry and opulence that defines his work.
